After seeing all the insecurity in the nation, from the Nyanya bombings to the Chibok kidnapping, the Kwara State First Lady , Her Excellency (Mrs) Omolewa Ahmed has called for a Special Day of Fasting & Praying across the country.
The prayers are billed to happen on Saturday, 17 May, 2014 at her Office in the Government House in Kwara.
Muslim Mothers will arrive by 10am for the prayers, While the Christian Mothers will come at the same place but by 4pm, same place.
She also asked fellow Nigerians of different beliefs to join her and pray for not only Insecurity but also the plight of the Kidnapped Chibok girls.
Her Excellency’s heart goes out to all parents, family, relations and associates of all the people who have lost their lives since these spate of incidents began, particularly the parents of the recently abducted children.
