The Youth Movement 4 Nana (YM4N), a coalition of youth professionals who believe in the ideals of the New Patriotic Party  (NPP) and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo took the opportunity to screen revelers at Kwahu during the Easter festivities for Hepatitis B, blood group, HIV and other diseases.

The group also used the opportunity to conduct a blood donation exercise, which was delivered to the Eastern Regional Health Directorate for onward distribution to the blood banks in the region.

The medical screening exercise, which took place at the Obomeng High Street in Kwahu, on March 19-20, had, present, three medical doctors, nurses and paramedics who conducted a free medical screening as part of the movement’s means of reaching out to society with the message of Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.

The group took the opportunity to also introduce the message of Nana Addo as the best bet to lead the NPP to victory come 2016. The programme in all, was highly successful as holiday makers took turns to take part in the open screening and also went through voluntary counselling.

The successful screening followed a similar medical screening in Tamale during the just-ended national delegates’ conference of the NPP.

A similar medical screening exercise was held on May Day at the Obra Spot in Accra.
