Italian Serie A side Chievo Verona have began talks with Inter Milan to sign Ghana youth international midfielder Alfred Duncan on loan, according to reports.
The 21-year-old will leave relegation-bound Livorno at the end of the season as his loan deal expires in May and Chievo have registered their interest in signing him.
However Inter manager Walter Mazzarri would look at the progress of the 2013 Ghana U20 World Cup star when he returns before deciding on whether to allow him leave on loan again.
Duncan has been consist for Livorno in the Serie A this season as he has started 16 games and played 29 league games for Livorno so far this season.
