The Prophets have come out with the release of their second gospel music album titled, ‘ Meda Wase’ .

Michael Owusu-Adjei Jnr, the elder member of the group, told the BEATWAVES that they are in the industry to do more than just entertaining.

‘We want to make a difference in the lives of the youth that we meet in our society and not to sing for money. We are here as well to win souls for Christ Jesus,’ they told the BEATWAVES when they paid a visit to its office in Accra on Thursday.

They have expressed their strong passion for spreading the gospel of Christ through music and their second album is indeed a great delight to listen to as the lyrics focus on real life issues.

The lyrics of the album are neatly arranged with sensational and inspirational rhythms, making the album unique and pleasing to the ear.

They added that the album, ‘Meda Wase’, offers great inspiration to all Christians.

They noted that their presence in the gospel music industry has given them the opportunity to use music to educate the people about the teachings of Christ Jesus.

According to them, the new album was carefully packaged not only for the local market, but the entire African continent and the world at large.

The album was recorded and produced by ABKA Records, one of the country’s leading gospel music record labels made up of a team of young professionals.
