CLARKE PENTOA WEARS GHANA TO THE SCREEN NATION 2014 IN LONDON.

Clarke Pentoa who is a certified radio presenter and a qualified broadcast journalist, made a huge sensation at the 2014 awards night on Sunday the 23rd.

While most were dressed in modern designer suits and other European-style fashion, the master of ceremonies who is about to studying his masters in international journalism, opted to go traditional, African and Ghanaian.

He did this by simply wearing a Ghana-made ‘Kente’ shirt over a black Nash denim and a Kurt Geiger boots, thereby making him the only person and Ghanaian personality wearing the symbolic and iconic ‘Kente’ design at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel.

Clarke Pentoa who was there reporting to numerous syndicated news outlets in Ghana, said: “You need to be bold and have a different kind of confidence when dressing”.

“When dressing up, I like to go ‘slow’ where I think others would be dressing ‘hard’, the best Host/MC winner of the 2010 KDD Ghana Media Awards said.

The sharp, inviting lenses of the legendary and professional celebrity photographer Peter Hogan caught him in motion when he said “I can’t believe I have made a piece of history with my piece of shirt, anyway I am proud to be Ghanaian”.
