Hearts of Oak’s problems may continue for long if head coach Mohammed Polo continues to stay with the strong backing of Togbe Afede XVI and Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, Ghana sports has gathered.
Ghana Sports is informed that the assistant Coach, Ben Adjei is at logger heads with Mohammed Polo and appear to be feeding bad counsel into the players.
“Players are advised not to play in their normal positions,” a source told Ghana Sports.
According to the source, Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe, a board member, backs Coach Adjei, considered the traitor.
Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe is reported to have said: “Ben Adjei is untouchable”.
Pressure is mounting on Polo to step aside following All Stars’ humiliation double over Hearts of Oak.
The latest setback has sparked fury among the management, technical bench and the playing body, as well as the club’s teeming fans, who want Polo’s head.
The Phobians have struggled for form since the exit of David Duncan.
