The President of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr Seth Adjei Baah has challenged the business community to take advantage of the enabling environment to help develop the country instead of blaming government for the performance of the economy.
He said the private sector is the engine of growth and requires players in the industry to complement the effort of government by creating job opportunities, as well as stabilising the economy.
Dr Adjei Baah was speaking at the inauguration of the Upper West Regional Chapter of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Wa.
