NPP Race: Decision To Disqualify Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo Rescinded

A frontrunner of the National Vice-Chairmanship position of the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) national executive elections, Fred Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo who was disqualified for some frivolous reason has been called to rejoin the contest.

Mr. Fred Amankwah-Sarfo was disqualified for the reason that he does not know any of the party council of elders.

He told Peacefmonline.com that though he is qualified for the position, reasons for his disqualification was airheaded.

However, the NPP man noted that, even before he will appeal for his debarment by the vetting committee, reasons for his prevention to contest was rescinded.

In an interview with Peacefmonline.com Fred Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo expressed delight for his comeback to join the national vice-chairmanship race.

“I am pleased to inform all that the unfortunate information given to me by the secretary to the party’s vetting committee who is also the Director of elections of the NPP has been rescinded. I received a call from the Director of elections that the decision to disqualify my candidature to contest the national vice chairmanship position of our great party, the NPP has been rescinded…
“…After every storm the sun will smile; for every problem there is a solution and the soul’s indefeasible duty is to be of good cheer,” he said.
