Spokesperson says Ntim will bring NPP back to power

Nkwanta (V/R), Feb. 13, GNA – Mr Owusu Sekyere, Spokesperson for Mr Stephen Ntim, aspiring Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has said Mr Ntim was the only candidate capable of bringing the Party back to power in the 2016.

He therefore appealed to delegates to the Party’s Congress to vote massively for Mr Ntim to ensure ‘one time victory for the Party’ in the 2016 general elections.

Mr Sekyere said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Nkwanta where Mr Ntim addressed some delegates.

He described Mr Ntim as ‘tried and tested.’
‘The Party is at a crossroad. We need a winning team now and one such team member is Steve. He has done it before and he is poised to do it again,’ Mr Sekyere said.

He said what distinguished Mr Ntim from other contestants was his skill in unifying people with which he would unite the Party for a common purpose of winning back power.

Mr Sekyere said ‘indications from the ground’ showed that Mr Ntim was leading and appealed to others to join the ‘winning team.’
