Kwasi Pratt And Tony Aidoo Will Have a Miserable End In Life For Insulting Dr. Mensa Otabil

The Director of Operations for the Alliance For Accountable Governance (AFAG), Opoku Davies has cursed that for insulting and not showing enough respect to the General Overseer of ICGC, Dr. Mensa Otabil; Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. and former Head of Policy Monitoring and Evaluation at the Presidency, Tony Aidoo will suffer and their end in life will be miserable.

The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. said in inference from what Dr. Mensa Otabil said that it is difficult to know now whether some prophecies are from God or as a result of high fever since men of God are also vulnerable to sickness.

In that same stratum, the former Head of Policy Monitoring and Evaluation at the Presidency under the late President Mills, Dr. Tony Aidoo described the General Overseer of I.C.G.C as an “Opportunist” who harbors grand designs of subverting the government through inciting the public against the ruling class.

Against this backdrop on Okay FM, the Director of Operations for ‘Alliance For Accountable Governance’ (AFAG), Opoku Davies, has argued that Kwesi Pratt and Tony Aidoo should desist from their constant attacks and insults on Pastors; adding that others can exhibit that same behavior they are meting out to the pastors if they do not back off their resentment.

He fumed that the fact that they have the privilege to sit on radio to express their views does not mean that they can suppress the beliefs of others; stressing that the Muslims, Christians and the Traditionalists believe in prophecies and so any attack and insults on men of God means that they have attacked and insulted a large chunk of the population of Ghana.

He reminded Kwesi Pratt and Tony Aidoo that Ghana’s population constitutes about 64% of Christians which means that whenever they insult religious leaders, large number of Ghanaians will descend on them with similar insults and attacks.

He further said that Ghanaians must put a stop to the way they entertain certain people and their behaviors in the country; in that since Kwesi Pratt and Tony Aidoo do not believe in God they should make their comments relating to God in their bedrooms because their utterances about God and the men of God will incur the wrath of many Ghanaians.

He therefore explained Dr. Mensa Otabil’s statement in the prayer line “we take charge” to mean that as a Minister of God he has the power and authority of God to take charge of what the devil has subdued to destroy the nation and that was not in inference to the democratic governance.

“If I were the NDC, I would go to Dr. Mensa Otabil and find out from him how he has been able to manage his church and established Banks and a University in the country,” he advised.

He urged Ghanaians to accept a church which activities are directly promoting the development of the country; adding that Dr. Mensa Otabil is a pastor who has won the admiration and respect of many Ghanaians due to his caliber and teachings.

“If Dr. Mensa Otabil has seen evil befalling the nation and had prayed about it with his church to avert the calamity, of which Kwesi Pratt and Tony Aidoo have rained insults on him, then they will suffer; their end in life will be miserable and all Ghanaians will see,” he cursed.
