Job Title: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Takoradi, Western Region
A Reputable Financial Institution in the Western Region is looking for qualified, experienced, dedicated and reliable persons to fill the position of an Administrative Officer
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Administration of the Human Resource of the company
- Collation and submission of income tax documentation
- Submission of Withholding tax,tax clearance and SSNIT Contributions
- Assisting the secretary as and when required
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Staff annual leave administration
- Manage filling, storage and security of documents
- Preparation and filling of documents with the Registrar General’s Department
- Preparation of Staff Payroll
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager
Qualification and Requirements
- First Degree in Management Studies
- Work Experience: 3 – 5 years.
- Must be computer Literate
