Miracle Football Star Fabrice Muamba’s Joy At 2nd Baby Boy

MIRACLE footie star Fabrice Muamba became a dad for the second time yesterday.

The former Premier League ace, who collapsed with a cardiac arrest on the pitch during a live TV match, told fans wife Shauna had given birth to a 7lbs 15oz boy.

Muamba, 25, tweeted: “Matthew Josiah Muamba was born weighing 7lbs 15oz. Mother @ShaunaMuamba and baby are both doing well #stillstanding.”

Shauna, 27, later re-tweeted a message from a well-wisher which read: “Awesome Fabrice & Shauna. Matthew = gift of God / Josiah = Yahweh. God all over him!”

The couple, who wed in a Cheshire castle in October, have a four-year-old son Joshua. They learned they were expecting again just before Christmas.

Shauna’s WAG pals tweeted their delight. Man Utd star Ashley Young’s girlfriend Nicky Pike said: “A huge massive congratulations to you both.”

Muamba has told pals he believes the baby is a special blessing. One said: “They would have been thrilled anyway but given what happened to Fabrice last year, they feel even more lucky.”

The Bolton star was “dead” for 78 minutes after he collapsed in an FA Cup tie in March last year. It took 15 defibrillator shocks to restart his heart. He retired from the game last year.
