Adom FM Introduces Customer Care With Ohemaa Woyegye





Early last week Ohemaa Woyegye of Adom FM introduced a new segment on her show named ‘Customer Care’ when she asked her listeners who had been maltreated by some particular companies to call and report to her.

Ohemaa revealed to Flex newspaper that Adom FM is giving their listeners the opportunity to be able to report or complain negative treatment that have been meted out to them by organizations, a group or governmental institutions and they will assist them solve their problems.

‘Our research shows that although when you enter some big companies in Ghana, there are suggestion boxes and means through which customers can complain and report their problems to the company. Aside their special customer care offices, most clients are not really satisfied with how the customer cares treat them because they come back to meet the same problems they have complained about. Due to these, Adom FM has decided to create a segment to help our listeners who are facing some of these problems to directly call and report to us,’ she said.

She believed that when the issues come into the public domain, it will help the company owners, C.E.O.s and heads of other institutions to attend to the issue by helping to solve the problems.

The multilingual presenter hinted, however that complains they get will be investigated into and when they find out it is very important to be aired before they put the person on air.

Currently Ohema is enjoying a serious production support from one of the nation’s finest DJs, Papa Bills and they are together making the show thick.
