Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan claims his trial with Club Brugge was successful despite cooled talks on a move.

The 19-year-old spent over four-weeks in training with the Belgian top flight side.

Not much has been heard since the return of the ex Fetteh Feyenoord player – with some believing his prospective move has fallen through.

But Annan insists his trials were successful and that talks are ongoing between both clubs with respect to a move.

“The trials were very successful and they (Club Brugge) were very satisfied with my output,” he told MTNFootball.com.

“They have expressed interest in me and so they are trying to sort out things with Kotoko.

“For now, I am still a player of Asante Kotoko so the clubs are in negotiations.”

Annan is regarded as a prospect of the future and has already made a couple of first team appearances for Kotoko.

He however remains behind Soulama Abdoulaye and Isaac Amoako in the perking order at the Ghanaian champions.
