Ghana’s best vibrant entertainment radio and TV presenter, Jay Foley of 4stye TV and YFM (executive producer -2131records; manager of VGMA nominee of new artiste of the year LOUSIKA, co-signed ministry of sound UK artiste Atumpan and upcoming hip-hop rapper Gemini) has been invited as a special guest by Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa and BET International for the upcoming BET Awards 2013 organized to celebrate distinguished achievements of artists, entertainers and athletes in a number of diverse categories including film, music and sports.
After having to represent Ghana last year at the 19th annual MTV European Music Awards (MTV EMA), Jay Foley will this year join a host of others media persons from across the world as guests at the Nokia Theatre Live in Los Angeles, California, USA on Sunday 30 June 2013.
Speaking to Jay Foley in an exclusive interview he said that ”I am exceedingly happy to be recognized by Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa and BET International as a contributor to the entertainment industry. BET AWARDS 2013 is one of the biggest awards ceremony in the history of world music and it is a privilege for me to witness this year’s event”

Jay Foley’s all-expense paid trip Los Angeles, California, USA will last for four days and he will have the opportunity to share the same auditorium with world big stars in the likes of Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Lion, J.Cole, Miguel, R. Kelly, New Edition and The Jacksons, stevie wonder, Niki Mnaj, Mariah carey and Ciara just to mention a few, live at the Nokia Theatre L.A in Los Angeles, California.
The BET Awards continues to be one of the most watched awards shows on US cable television according to the Nielsen Company reaching an average of 7.5 million viewers annually. The franchise remains the #1 programme in cable television history, among African-Americans. The awards will air across Africa on BET International on Tuesday 2 July at 20:00 CAT.
