Kotoko impressive midfielder Michael Anaba has made the final list for the 2013 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Turkey.

The 18-year-old has been picked in the final 21-man squad released by coach Sellas Tetteh for the global showpiece at the Youth level in the European country.

The ex-Windy Professionals midfielder was part of the silver-winning Black Satetlites squad at this year’s African Youth Championship in Algeria.

With huge expectations on his shoulders, he did not quite come to the party but put up a decent display as the team reached the finals in the North African country.

Anaba has proven his ability to head coach Sellas Tetteh and his backroom staff which has earned him a place in the final squad.

He must however fight hard to earn a starting place in a squad which has been fortified with the inclusion of some foreign-based players.

The Black Satellites will battle USA, France and Spain in group A at the finals which will be played from June 21-July 13 in Seven Turkish cities.
