Come June 30, First Capital Plus will organize its annual song ministration and worship service dubbed (FCP Worship Night) at the Tesano Baptist Church in Accra at 4pm.

According to the organisers, the event is being organized to give the public the opportunity of enjoying a free worship concert with renowned gospel artistes such as Nii Okai, Uncle Ato, Harbour City Mass Choir, Francis Amo, Fragrance Choir from First Capital Plus and a host of others.

The theme for this year’s Worship Night service is the “Transformational Worship Night”.

Commenting on the event, the Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Plus, John Kofi Mensah, explained that the event was to thank God for his abundant blessings as the company prepared to make a transition from one level to the other.

The theme also has significance for individuals since the powerful ministrations would positively impact and transform the lives of individuals who attend the event.

He disclosed that the company’s cardinal value is God-centeredness and as such, the company believes it is important to promote this value through events such as the worship night.

“The most important value and foundation of our institution is God. Our strategic direction is heavily influenced by divine wisdom and direction,” he noted.

On his part  General Manager for Risk, Charles Akuettey,  stressed that the worship night also affords the company the opportunity of bringing staff, customers and their families together to thank God for his enduring mercies.

First Capital Plus Savings and Loans started operations in 2009 with a stated capital of GH¢7million, making it one of the best capitalized savings and loans companies in the country. It is presently the largest savings & loans company in Ghana in terms of its assets and balance sheet size.

It currently has 13 branches in five regions and working to add 10 more branches in two other regions by the close of the year. What is unique about each branch is that every branch has a chapel on the top floor where morning devotions are held every morning and all night sessions are held during the last Friday of every month.
