Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata and Dr Mahamadu Bawumia
The lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the ongoing election petition hearing at the Supreme Court, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata is in his fourth day of cross examining the second petitioner Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah.
The presiding judge, Justice William Atuguba last Thursday directed Mr. Tsikata to sort his pink sheets into groups to speed up the trial.
Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP’s) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia and Chairman of the NPP, Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey filed a petition at the Supreme Court, contesting the declaration of President John Dramani.
