For some time now, actress Chioma Okoye has been missing in action and her fans are wondering what has become of her acting career in recent times.

HVP can report however that the plump actress has bounced back in a new movie,”Aso Ebi Girls” which is billed to premiere tomorrow in Lagos.
According to Chioma, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Purple Ribbon Entertainment, “Aso Ebi Girls” is not her first movie but the second even though the first film she produced has not been released into the market. Her new movie was directed by Mac Collins Chidebe popularly known as Mr China.
Speaking on the movie, Chioma said, it tells the story of three kinsmen who are at loggerheads over supremacy and status in their community in respect of their daughters, and hustling for the best husbands for them. In the end, they reached a compromise with a help of an elderly kinsman.
“Aso-Ebi Girls is not my first movie. My first movie is not yet out . It is going to be released immediately after Aso Ebi Girls. I have produced three movies. Others are Bride Price and World’s Richest Family. And I’m releasing all of them this year,” Chioma stated.
The actress said, she’s inspired by things that happen in the lives of single girls.
Chioma Okoye who came into the industry after starring in the movie titled “War in the Church” some years back. She has since starred in other movies alongside others acts like Anita Joseph, Cynthia Okereke, Nkem Ike, Camila Mgberekpe, Ebele Okaro, Stephanie Chijioke among many others.
Chioma is one of Nollywood’s big actresses, whose little effort has given the industry a credible boost.
