CEO Beats Employee For Refusing Sexual Advances

The Chief Executive Officer of the St. Luke Medical Centre at Asamankese in the Eastern Region, Mr. Kwesi Boakye Donkor, who also doubles as a teacher at the Asamankese Senior High School, is alleged to have subjected one of his employee nurses to severe beating for refusing his sexual demands.

After beating her, Mr. Kwesi Boakye is reported to have told the other female members of staff to learn lessons from his actions and conduct themselves appropriately in the future.

Confirming the incident in an interview with Citi News, the victim, who gave her name as Gifty, said she was unable to formally report the assault to the Police because several persons had pleaded with her not to.

Citi News checks indicate that the family of CEO had also persuaded the victim not to disclose the details of the incident to the media or Police in exchange for a reward.

When Citi News contacted the CEO, he indicated that his actions were simply disciplinary.
