Ghana’s U20 beat hosts Algeria 2-0 in their final Group A match at the African Youth Championship on Friday.

Midfielder Siedu Salifu opened the scoring with a wonder strike from 25 yards on five minutes before striker Ebenezer Assifuah added the second in the 29th minute.
