Twin Car Bombs Kill 10 In Baghdad

BBC :    At least 10 people have been killed in twin car bombings in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, local officials say.

They say about 30 people were injured in the morning blasts at a market in the predominantly northern Shia district of the city.
