Nigeria’s impressive run at the on going African Cup of Nations in South Africa is continuing with the Super Eagles leading Mali 3-0 at half time.
Defender, Elderson Echiejile scored his first ever goal for Nigeria on 25 mins, and was followed by seven minutes later by
Brown Ideye.
Mali’s Momo Sissoko then deflected Emmanuel Emenike’s powerful free kick into his own net in the 40th minute to give Nigeria a commanding lead in the first semi-final. The second semi-final comes up later and is between Ghana and Burkina Faso.
