Bernard Mornah has tendered in his resignation as General Secretary of the People’s National Convention (PNC), according to Radio XYZ.
Mr. Mornah, according to the report, cited personal reasons for his decision to relinquish the enviable position.
“It is time for others to probably pick up and showcase what they have…politics is not a lifelong profession, so I have decided to step down.
“I think that others must also work to ensure that what we all believe in come to fruition, it must be with interest but am not sure I can continue to hold that position,” the report quoted him as saying.
