Announcing the decision taken at the meeting of the stakeholders at the State Ministry of Transport, the Commissioner in the ministry, Mr. Bassey Dan Abia, stated that due to security reasons, operators of Keke NAPEP in the state, must register their tricycles with the state government.
Abia said that the traffic situation in the state had become so worrisome due to increased development in the state noting that government had approved the movement of all unauthorised motor parks to the four parks built by the former administration.
