The Head Pastor of Action Chapel International, Archbishop Duncan Williams, has urged family and friends of the late Hon. David Lamptey to focus on the positives that would arise from his death.

He said the death of David Lamptey is a great loss not only to his family but to the country and the world.

Archbishop Duncan Williams who was giving the sermon at the Thanksgiving service of the late David Lamptey on Sunday, said God can create something new and better out of David Lamptey death.

He described the late David Lamptey as a humble person who cared so much about humanity and had the betterment of society at heart.

Archbishop Duncan Williams also urged family and loved ones of the late David Lamptey to protect his legacy and ensure that his empire grows.

He said it is time for peoplewho were touched by the benevolence of the late philanthropist to reciprocate that love by protecting his legacy.

The late CEO of the Radio XYZ and Sidalco group of companies died on Wednesday December 5 at the 37 Military Hospital after a short illness. He was buried on Saturday February 9 at the Osu Cemetary in Accra.

The late David Lamptey was a Theologian, Politician, Presidential Advisor and a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist.

An ardent Christian by faith, Hon David Lamptey utilized the Christian principles to underpin and discharge his important roles and responsibilities of service as a Parliamentarian, businessman and entrepreneur.

He served as a Parliamentarian for the Osu Klottey constituency (now Klottey Korley) where he spearheaded many development projects for the people of the area.
