Northern Regional Media Analysts Of NDC Congratulates Mahama
We wish to congratulate His Excellency John Dramani Mahama President of the Republic of Ghana and Commander-In-Chief of the Ghana Arm Forces on his recent historic ONETOUCH and GARGANTUAN victory in the 2012 general elections and his subsequent splendid inauguration on 7th January 2013.
Indeed, the overwhelming endorsement given to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama across the length and breadth of this country only attest to the confidence and trust the good people of Ghana have in you and the National Democratic Congress Party in respect of the unprecedented level of development chalked in all sectors of the Ghanaian economy during the last four years under the Better Ghana Agenda part one.
It is not surprising that, recent independent post election survey by Global Centre for Transformational Leaders revealed that about 73% of Ghanaians believe that you won the 2012 general elections genuinely which is corroborated by both domestic and international election observers such as CODEO, AU Observer Mission, ECOWAS Observers among.
We acknowledge the professional conduct and critical role played by the security agencies in the country towards maintaining peace and stability before, during and after the December polls most especially in the northern region of Ghana which in the past has recorded several packets of violence
The group wishes to also use this opportunity to congratulate all the new appointees and nominees by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. We have absolute confidence in the judgment of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama as far as good governance.
The group also wish to remind all those who think they can cause turbulence in this country and get away with it to refrain from doing so because the good people of Ghana are peace loving people and the interest of Ghana is undoubtedly bigger than any individual parochial interest.
We entreat all citizens of Ghana who think they have genuine issues against certain individual nominees or appointees of the President to adopt a more decent and acceptable ways to drum home their concerns rather than resorting to media blackmail for political expediency.
We urge His Excellency the President not to be swayed by his critics and detractors but remain resolute on the advancement of the better Ghana agenda as he promised the good people of Ghana. We are very much committed to supporting the NDC government to succeed in implementing our manifesto promise to the latter.
Once again, we wish to reiterate in stronger terms the absolute confidence and trust we have in His Excellency the President as well as his excellent leadership skills and ability which in no doubt would be translated into managing this country very effectively.
Long live NDC in government
