Man Utd keen on Victor Valdes

Crunchsports :    Manchester United have reportedly joined Liverpool in showing interest in Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes.

Valdes is out of contract at the end of next season and has in recent days been linked with a move to Liverpool as speculation about the long-term future of Pepe Reina continues.

Representatives for the 31-year-old last week said he had made the “irrevocable decision not to renew his contract” and Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has confirmed that a new deal is now off the table.
