LIVE UPDATE 2ND HALF: Ghana 3- 0 Niger

Ghana’s Black Stars are leading their Nigerien counterparts by two goals to nil.

Asamoah Gyan opened the scoreline in the 6th minute before Christian Atsu added the second in the 23rd minute from an Asamoah Gyan cross.

John Boye has scored the third goal in the 48th minute just after recess from a Kwadwo Asamoah free kick on the right flank.

Christian Atsu replaces the suspended Mubarak Wakaso for the game at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.

A win for the Black Stars will see them finish top in the group and extend their stay in Port Elizabeth for the quarter-finals against Cape Verde.
