El Shaarawy: AC Milan were unlucky against Juventus

Goal :    Stephan El Shaarawy believes that AC Milan were unlucky to lose Wednesday’s Coppa Italia quarter-final away against Juventus as he feels they put in a good performance.

The young attacker gifted the Rossoneri an early lead, but Sebastian Giovinco levelled the scoring shortly after, before Mirko Vucinic netted in extra time to make it 2-1.

“I’m happy with my goal and our performance. We played a good game and created a lot of chances. Their second goal came from a bit of unlucky deflection for us,” El Shaarawy was quoted as saying on the Milan website.
