Crunchsports : Â Â Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger plans to make two new signings this month.
Arsenal continue to be linked with a number of players, with Barcelona forward David Villa high on Wenger’s shopping list, and the likes of Rennes midfielder Yann M’Vila, Atletico Madrid’s Adrian Lopez, West Ham midfielder Mohamed Diame and Montpellier defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa continuing to be linked with a move to Emirates Stadium.
And Wenger, who last week admitted he is under pressure to strengthen his squad after in coming for criticism for failing to win a trophy since 2005, is now planning to spend big now that financial restrictions from the club’s stadium move start to ease.
