Nigeria: Bianca Gets Lion’s Share As Court Reads Ojukwu’s Will

Exactly one year and four days after his demise, the Will and Last Testament of the late former Biafran warlord and Ikemba Nnewi, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu was Friday read at the Enugu State High Court, with his widow and Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Spain, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu and her children getting the lion’s share.

THISDAY checks revealed that a silent war between Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, and Directors of Ojukwu Transport Limited, OTL, who are brothers of her late spouse, was recently blown open as both parties dragged themselves before High Courts of Lagos State to determine who controls the landed property belonging to the company.

The late Ikemba Nnewi was one of the directors of the company, left by their late father, Eze Odumegwu Ojukwu, under his company’s name, OTL, for decades and apart from living in one of the properties at Ikoyi which he (Ikemba) vacated and relocated to Enugu over 10 years ago, Ojukwu was also involved in managing some of the property.
