Ghana Squad lands In South Africa For U-17 Cracker

The Ghana black starlet arrived in South Africa for the first leg of junior African Cup of Nations on wednesday amid confidence that they can beat their south African counterparts .

The Black Starlet touched down in the johannesburg before transferring to its hotel base call Garden court just close to the OR Thambo airport.

All the players and officials were met on arrival by officials of the Ghana high commission as well as the South African football association who according to the coach of the team have given them fantastic reception .The vice president of the Ghana football association Fred Crenstil who is heading the delegation was full of praise for the high commissioner MARTHA POBI who donated Fruits as well as juice to moltivate the players .According to fred, Ghana’s High Commissioner in SOUTH Africa has charged the Black Starlet to ensure they pick their spot at next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in morrocco.

The starlet plunged into full scale training on Thursday and the match against the South African u-17 will be played on Saturday at the sinaba stadium. .

Coach Paa Kwesi’s team, which has been tipped as the strongest challenger to qualify for the u-17 tournament in Morocco , completed its preparations with a 12-0 win over a first division club side in Ghana befor jetting to South Africa.

Ghana is a two-time world Cup u-17 winner but hasn’t claimed a continental tittle at the under side for over a decade..
