She likes to mix it up in the style stakes, but Rumer Willis looked like she was off to a nightclub rather than a red carpet screening on Saturday night.

The young actress, who isn’t afraid to flash some flesh, donned a super short skin-tight black minidress for the premiere of the new season of American Horror Story at the Paramount Theatre in LA.

The avant-garde take on the little black dress left little to the imagination, clinging to Rumer’s tiny frame and showing a hint of cleavage.

The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis added some bright jewellery and towering black heels to complete the look.

Wearing her dip-dyed hair tousled, a splash of red lipstick and a nose ring, Rumer added a touch of grunge to the outfit.

Model Jenna Dewan-Tatum also opted for a figure-hugging look.

The wife of Hollywood star Channing Tatum clearly wanted to show off her enviable curves, squeezing herself into a calf-length white bandeau dress, finished off with gold heels.

A host of other stars went all out for the screening, including Glee’s Lea Michele who embraced spot of old-school Hollywood glamour.

Wearing a floor-length, black gown she looked the epitome of A-list glamour as she walked up the red carpet arm-in-arm with boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith.

A-lister Amanda Peet decided not to go for a tiny dress but instead looked chic in black, baggy trousers, a white blouse and a stylish beige coat.

Jessica Lange, who stars in the award-winning series, showed the younger stars what red carpet chic is all about, wearing a stylish, knee-length black dress.
