Sure, that gold statuette up for grabs at Sunday’s ceremony certainly is shiny, but PEOPLE.com handed out an equally honorable (but, dare we say, much hotter) award: TV’s Sexiest Man and Woman.
You voted for your favorite stars (and Emmy nominees) who burn up the screen every time you tune in to your favorite shows. From doe-eyed New Girl star Zooey Deschanel to equal-parts curvy and feisty Modern Family star Sofia Vergara (who jokingly lobbied for votes on ABC’s red carpet show), these leading ladies are always easy on the eyes of frequent TV viewers. Also vying for the top spot: Mad Men‘s Christina Hendricks, Project Runway‘s Heidi Klum and Scandal‘s Kerry Washington.
As for the small screen’s biggest hunks, the competition was out of this world (literally, for True Blood‘s Joe Manganiello).
