MUSIGA holds regional elections In Central Region

The Musicians Union of Ghana, Musiga is holding the last of its regional branch elections in the Central Regional tomorrow, Wednesday, July 11. In all, 10 contestants are vying for the various positions from Chairman to Organizer. According to the Musiga Coordinator Sebastian Ampah, all’s set for the elections with the officials of the EC set for the elections.

The elections will be supervised by a team of executives from the Musiga Head Office led by Bessa Simons the second vice president of the Union. The regional elections which have taken place around the country follows the National Congress in Tamale where the current crop of national executives led by Bice Osei Kuffour aka Obuor were elected.

The regional elections also coincided with a national tour which featured an Artiste Development forum in all the 10 regions during which resource persons spoke on a range of topics. The topics included Artiste Management, Using ICT as an Artiste and Brand building.
