The Communications outfit of newly-crowned league lords Asante Kotoko has revealed that the club will be involved in a four-club tourney in South Africa.

The exercise, in honour of former ANC leader and South Africa President Nelson Mandela, will draw four clubs comprising Ghana’s Asante Kotoko, Amazulu, Manchester and a club yet-to-be named.

And from July 13 to 24, the four clubs will battle for honours in South Africa.

Kotoko’s publicists Listowell Yesu Bukason, confirming the story to DAILY GUIDE SPORTS yesterday noted: “We will leave for the competition on July 11 and return a few days after.”

Kotoko finished first in the 2011/12 Glo Premier League clinching 63 points under coach Maxwell Konadu.

Meanwhile, the team will present the league’s silverware to the club’s owner Asantehene at his palace in Manhyia tomorrow.
