Obinna Obiefule
Nigerian striker Obinna Obiefule netted four goals against former club Marsaxlokk Sunday to take his goals haul to 23 for the season.
Mosta FC thrashed Marsaxlokk 5-1 with Obiefule accounting for four of the goals.
Obiefule said he is delighted with his display and believes he has done well to earn a call-up to the Nigeria Super Eagles.
“Today was a special day for me. To score four goals in a match is wonderful. Marsaxlokk are my former club and the feeling is special,” Obiefule told MTNFootball.com
“I believe I have done enough to get invitation to the Super Eagles.”
He is now two goals short of his personal target of 25 goals.
