Her appearance has changed somewhat over the years thanks, it seems, to the surgeon’s knife.
And sadly for Rose McGowan, 39, the surgery didn’t quite go according to plan.
So when she threw on a dress with a plunging neckline for the Vienna Filmball, at the Rathaus, perhaps she was trying to draw attention away from her facial area.

The actress wore a gorgeous black and white dress for her red carpet appearance in the Austrian capital.
And she must have felt a chill on her chest thanks to the cleavage-flashing number.
Though
she has only ever admitted to having surgery on her eye following a car
accident in 2007, experts claim Rose has had fillers which have altered
her facial features.

Indeed, it must be said that she certainly looks a lot different to how she did a few years ago.
The gossip mill went into overdrive after Rose’s appearance on Law & Order: SVU last March.
On the show her face was puffy, which is often cited as a result of ‘filler surgery’.

Yesterday Rose was enjoying as much of Vienna as possible.
Wearing
a chic toggle coat and a snugly fitting grey dress and vest
combination, as well as black booties and tights today, she ran through a
fun park with friends.
She
posed in front of a Ferris Wheel, pretended to play a concerta with a
doll-sized Mozart figure and stuck her head inside a mermaid cut-out.

She also took a spin on some bumper cars during her day of fun, tweeting: ‘Bumper cars in Vienna! I love smashing things.’
Tonight, wearing a sexy black dress, she and two pals dined at Das Shick, the highest restaurant in Vienna.
Earlier this week she tweeted that she was at a ‘crazy club’, posing on neon green steps.
She is in town with two friends, Cole Herrerra and Sarah Uslanmkump.
