Ekpo makes goal scoring debut

Former Nigeria Olympic international Emmanuel Ekpo has started his career at Norwegian club Molde FF on a bright note after he scored on his debut.

The former Columbus Crew of USA midfielder scored Molde’s third goal in the 68th minute in his first match in 3-1 thrashing of Union Estepona in a friendly.

Ekpo has just signed a three-year deal with the Norwegian champions.

In a related vein, Nigerian striker Kim Ojo was the star of Brann Bergen when he netted a brace in a 5-1 trouncing of Lillestrom.

He first scored in the 33rd minute to break the deadlock, before he fired his second of the night and his team fourth goal in the 50th minute.

His compatriot Chukwuma Akabueze scored the fifth goal on 65 minutes. 

Another Nigerian, Paul Obiefule, was on parade for Lillestrom.
